Chung cake - the Vietnamese traditional food made with pork, mung bean, sticky rice, wrapped in green leaves and then boiled. Banh Chung(or Chung cake or Savory sticky rice cake) is a signature traditional food of Vietnamese people on the occasion of Tet holiday. When Tet around the corner, we prepared special Tet foods such as savory sticky rice cake and spring roll,...and use them as special offerings to their ancestors.
