I've built The Sims 4 Retail store plus one cute Bubble tea cafein Brindleton bay .
I'm starting with my own The Sims 4 save file in Brindleton Bay ,world that was introduced in The Sims 4 Cats & Dogs. It is a big coastal town surrounded by beaches and various pet-related activities. It is based on typical New England seafront towns.
