Telly is a new startup from the co-founder of PlutoTV. The concept? Let brands/advertisers pay for your TV in exchange for your data and eyeballs. This summer they plan on launching with 500,000 free 55" 4K TV's that include a soundbar and (of course) an attached second screen for advertisements.
