What the new “Climate Declaration” doesn't tell us (nudge nudge, wink wink)

It funds hospitals and affordable health care to villages on the edges of national parks, in return for a pledge not to cut down trees. CORRECTIONS:
AT 8:58 I should not have said the graph correlates 'very well with changes in global temperature,' I should have said it correlates very well with that change in temperature, since I was talking about the end of the Little Ice Age. Or I could have said it correlates very well with the Maunder minimum and the Little Ice Age. Other changes in global temperature are not shown on the graph.
