This video shows how to convert mono to stereo sound in audio and video files. The program uses the free Audacity audio editor to convert the sound from the files. If you are converting sound in a video file, you'll need to use a video editor to replace the mono sound in the original file with the stereo sound from Audacity. This video uses Cyberlink PowerDirector Video Editor ($100), but there are other editors (maybe even a free editor) that will work also.
