The arm pump is known to all climbers as fatigue and pain in the forearm after climbing for too long. It's caused by a vicious cycle of increased swelling and decreased blood flow to the muscles in the forearm. In this video we'll discuss the physiology behind it and 6 ways to fight the pump and get back to climbing as soon as possible.
