Affinity Photo: Fit to canvas & Align to center | My method

There's no easy way to one-click centre and fit an image to your canvas, either horizontal or vertical fit... So there's a few other ways of doing it. This is my method that I use to mass-create backgrounds for my videos. Hopefully, you'll find some use out of this.

Timestamps:
0:00 - Explanation
1:04 - Adding images of different sizes
1:40 - Mass centre top left
2:24 - Scale image to canvas
3:42 - Centering the image
4:32 - Mass centring images
5:08 - Quickly fit an image to canvas & centre
5:56 - Scale image to canvas, ignoring aspect ratio
