Streatham terrorist attack: Undercover police officer 'locked eyes' with him

Undercover police officers have described the moment that they shot dead terrorist Sudesh Amman, in south London, last year.
One member of the surveillance team told the inquest how he 'locked eyes' with the attacker and thought he was going to be stabbed.
