Oh I mean uh the Toukabou Shigure is a brand new free weapon that players can obtain during the event in Genshin Impact update 3.3
It provides Elemental Mastery as a base stat with a pretty simple weapon effect.
In this video I go over the characters I think it would be best suited for this limited time weapon.
