Growing #Trichoderma and #Boveria in a liquid medium. An experiment at home.
Hello to all those who are interested in growing biological products at home. Today we will talk about the result of my next experiment at home, as you understand from the name it is the cultivation of #trichoderma and #boveria on a liquid medium.
I do not give up trying to "get" a pure culture from commercial drugs, in this case starter cultures from #TutAgro, because one well-known blogger advertises them so persistently.
To begin with, I prepared a liquid medium. To do this, I added the complex mineral fertilizer Crystallon (yellow) to 1 liter of clean filtered water strictly according to the instructions, added 1 gram of table salt, ¼ part of a teaspoon of honey and brought it all to a boil. Next, closing the lid over low heat (keeping it boiling), boiled for 20-25 minutes.
At the same time, I sent the washed cans with dishwashing detergent and on top of the "Whiteness" to the microwave, pouring 50 grams of water into them for 5 minutes at the highest power.
Before starting the process, I sent a couple of iron spoons and sliced foil sheets into the oven, just in case. They were there for about 40 minutes at a temperature of 150 degrees.
After waiting for a while after cooling down all the components of my experience (the liquid medium should have a temperature no higher than 40 degrees), I took out sterile jars, poured about 100 grams of medium into them and closed them with foil lids.
