Inside a 11/.415 KV Distribution Transformer
Inside a transformer tank a core is installed consisting of primary and secondary winding. At first primary winding is installed and after that paper insulation is provided. Then secondary winding is installed. Delta connection is provided at the primary winding and yey connection is provided at secondary winding. Core is made up of lamination. Lamination is provided due to reduce the eddy current loss. Transformer tank is remained full of mineral napthenic oil.
