This is the title song/finale from the very 70's Beatles movie musical, Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. Chita was friendly with The Beatles after appearing on a British chat show with them; for this scene, the producers pretty much called in every available celebrity in Los Angeles.
