It is likely because of a single cause of the key pulling backwards on the locking cylinder, and you must hold the cylinder in place while pulling the key out. I show you exactly how to do it and give you some clear instructions on why it is happening. I also show you how to do it with a single hand and explain how to accomplish it with two hands as well!
