Pogostemon Stellatus Octopus is a fairly easy aquarium plant to care for. This plant appreciates medium to high lighting when it comes to lighting. A lot of guides online will tell you that this plant needs sealed to to thrive but I am effectively growing it without any CO2. You can compensate a little bit by adding an air stone in the aquarium to help with those CO2 deficiencies.

You can plant Pogostemon Stellatus Octopus by just cutting the stem anywhere on the plant and replanting that into the substrate. This is a fairly easy plant to propagate and re-plant for new plants. You can replant a bunch of these cuttings and eventually probably start selling it to other fish keepers in your area.
After re-planting the plant cutting it may take the plants a couple of weeks to route to this new location and start to grow. A lot of these aquarium plants take 2 to 4 weeks to transition and start growing into its new position. This isn’t something that happens overnight so be patient.
