Microsoft Changes Their Tune on the CMA
When the CMA blocked the Microsoft Activision deal originally, Brad Smith did not have kind words for the UK Authority. Today however he and Microsoft have changed their tune about the CMA's Activision Blizzard hesitations. The original CMA Microsoft Appeal hearing left many wondering if the deal would end up going through, but the CMA Backs off Microsoft at the end of proceedings. The Microsoft Activision unblocked deal was then allowed to go through.
