Easy Cool Toned Smokey Eye | Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette
Hey Everyone! Hope you all are well? I'm still sifting through my stash of palettes and rediscovering oldies but goodies! Todays find is the Urban Decay Naked 2 eyeshadow palette so I figured I'd create a nice cool toned smokey eye that's suitable for beginners.
