[Happy Halloween! … Or should that be Nightmare Night?
Yeah, it was rather inevitable that I’d tackle this subject considering how influential it has been on how OCs are designed, as well as how its relative obscurity is completely at odds with its popularity.
Sorry, I didn’t really get into much of the fandom lore, it’s just before I could go into such a subject matter, I felt like I’d have to clear up all the canon and semi-canon details first.
As for this being across two parts, honestly I didn't expect to be creating videos as long as twenty minutes when I set up the hint regarding the upcoming two-parter that didn't necessarily have to be a two-parter. Not to mention, I was worried I might not have everything ready in time for Halloween. In any case, I hope this is okay....
Out of curiosity, I’ve heard rumours about an MLP chapter book that goes into further details about bat ponies. Now I’ve looked around for this and I can’t really find anything – Personally, I suspect this was born of a misunderstanding regarding news of Lauren Faust’s twitter posts. If there is something more to this, however, I’ve love to be made aware of it.]
