BFC Recipient – Garcia Arts & Education Center
Near the refineries in Corpus Christi, you’ll find a special community center where children have the unique opportunity to learn, create, and develop new skills they would otherwise not have a chance to, given their circumstances.
The Antonio E. Garcia Arts & Education Center provides after-school and weekend programs to spark creativity, assists with tutoring, and hosts summer camps. In fact, through Valero Benefit for Children (BFC) funding, many of these programs are available to students at little or no cost.
