How to set up and configure ARCDPS (for both PvE and WvW)
IMPORTANT! if you want to use ARCDPS on DX11, you need to put "dll" files NOT in the bin file. DLL FILES NEED TO BE IN THE MAIN GAME FILE WITH THE EXE.
If you want to have BOONTABLE with dx11, you also put boontable "dll" to the same file with the dx11 arcdps "dll" files!
