EXPORT FASTER w/ Hardware Encoding in Premiere Pro 2020 | NVIDIA NVENC Update
You can now export up to 3x faster with the May 2020 Update for Adobe Premiere Pro now that it supports hardware accelerated h.264 and HEVC encoding when using NVIDIA or AMD Radeon Pro Graphics cards thanks to NVENC. With GPU acceleration enabled, My export times were nearly 3x faster when exporting 4k mp4 or h.264 sequences. I think that I also saw some minor improvements in rendering, playback, timeline scrubbing and other software encoding situations.
