Fix Video Flickering On OBS Studio KDE Plasma

Videos recorded with OBS studio flickers when playing, but not while recording it. To fix this all you have to do is change a small setting in plasma.
Navigate to settings and find compositor settings. There look for Tearing Prevention option and disabl it like in the video.
