Mobile Only tutorial on creating creative photo manipulations using PicsArt.

This is the first time I've ever attempted an edit like this using my phone only. Usually, I use Photoshop to create such artwork. But since most people don't have access to or even wanna learn how to use Photoshop, I decided to do it all using the PicsArt app on my Xiaomi Mi 11.
