Everywhere you go in the cool quarters of cities like London and New York, bearded men are drinking cold brew coffee and sipping craft beers in places lit by what the lighting industry call 'Hipster Bulbs’ - LED filament bulbs, the modern version of the tungsten filament or "squirrel cafe" build. This is our review of some of the options available to find the best LED version of the tungsten original.

Restaurants, hotels, coffee shops, cafes, man-cabes and even your home loves the warm glow from the tungsten filament bulb but many have switched over to LED versions for reasons of energy and cost saving. Despite the lighting industry saying this trend is over, there are many new versions coming onto the market.
