In this After Effects motion graphic tutorial we are going to be taking a look at the new free plugin from Video Copilot called Orb. The Orb Plugin is a free After Effects plugin used to create realistic 3D spheres. Obviously, the main use case for creating spheres is to make planets, moons, and other objects that float in space.

Adobe After Effects 2018 (AE 2018) is a digital visual effects, motion graphics, and compositing application developed by Adobe Systems and used in the post-production process of film making and television production. CINEMA 4D is a 3D modeling, animation, motion graphic and rendering application developed by MAXON Computer GmbH in Germany. It is capable of procedural and polygonal/subd modeling, animating, lighting, texturing, rendering, and common features found in 3D modelling applications.
