If you need to combine several photos into one project you will need an easy way to add a photo or picture onto a layer. In this project I show you one easy method. This isn't the only way to add a picture to a layer with Photoshop Elements, but it works well in many cases. We will be putting 4 photos into circles and then into a new combined photo project.
