Dibond and sintra are both waterproof and made for outdoor use, although dibond is much stronger and more resistant to fading. Dibond has an aluminum finish, whereas sintra has a PVC plastic finish.
As a general rule of thumb, if you need to save money, use sintra; if you need the sign to last, use dibond.

These different finishes give your prints more depth and are great for dimensional letters, and die cut brewery signs. This brushed metal is great for custom Stone Brewery die cut signs. Dibond is great for galleries, and museums in which your prints need to stand out. The finish on the dibond gives a shine unmatched by the PVC sintra.
