Xbox Sent PlayStation a Court Order to give them Documents
Xbox has sent PlayStation a subpoena to appear in court and provide sensitive documents for the FTC case against Microsoft's Activision Blizzard purchase. This is huge Xbox news today and PlayStation news today because it means we could see some sensitive documents that PlayStation Jim Ryan would need to provide to the FTC in order to prove his comments. The Jim Ryan Call of Duty statements have been scathing and now it could result in the Activision Blizzard Microsoft case leaking some sensitive information about PlayStation. This PS news today is very interesting as Xbox subpoena PlayStation to appear in this case and Sony is trying to get out of it.
