16:37 Forgot to turn over the Favor tile and get a new one

23:13 An automatic Vote will be triggered when the 5th Favor is added to a Bill, not the 4th.
If the Vote ends in a Draw the Bill will stay on the House to be voted again later by a Player Proposing a Vote or if anyone adds a new Favor to the Bill... The process will be repeated until the Bill is Approved or Rejected!
This goof will be repeated the whole video, no more notes on it will be made!
