As Scott Stripling's team wet sifted in the east dump on the site of the Altar material at Mt Ebal, they found a tiny lead tablet with very early paleo Hebrew writing (40 letter legal curse document) at a covenant Israel site! This not only confirms they were using an alphabet earlier than known (which also helps establish Moses COULD write and was a learned man and wrote Genesis (on top of other writings found around the real Mount Sinai in Saudi Arabia the ABR team still doesn't fully acknowledge...) since it dates to the late bronze age or LB2.
