If your calves & shins have pulled up sore from your workout, or day to day activities...then this is the routine for you! Follow along for a 15 minute routine to increase your ankle mobility and calf flexibility. Not only will this help with soreness, but it will also help improve your range of motions in squats and lunges so you can get the most out of your workout.
