We discussing he the continuation of Administration course on robots, particularly focusing on their use in a platform that appears to automate business processes:

1. I guide through creating automation rules in the "deals" section.
2. I cover various topics including employee alerts, customer communication, and now is focusing on employee monitoring and control.
3. Robots are used to monitor specific deal amounts, like contracts over $10,000. The platform can notify a supervisor if certain conditions are met.
4. In my example, a supervisor (himself) is alerted when an employee, Mike Smith, creates a deal exceeding $10,000.
5. I explain how to track the history of a deal, adding historical events to understand the progress of the deal.
6. I go over the creation of tasks within deals, which can have conditions, checklists, tags, and even assigned time limits.
7. The platform allows for automated task creation, monitoring, and completion based on specific conditions or stages in the deal.
8. I then talk about planning activities within the deal, like scheduling calls or meetings.
9. Throughout the video reiterates the importance of experimenting with the platform's automation features for one's specific business needs.
