Cuphead - Unseen Phantom Express Foreground
Now this foreground is used by the developers of the game when using it for their game play footage/screenshots, but I guess since the foreground is a bit distracting for some they decided to disable the foreground for the fight. (Which in my opinion it looked nice in the fight from the screenshots/game play)
