One of the most powerful aspects of any app is its ability to run automatically, so any action —both in the present and future — can happen seamlessly and without constant, manual work.
In Bubble, you can schedule workflows to happen in the future at a certain date and time. This applies to individual workflows, lists, and more, all with a single action.
There's a key part of this process, though, that confuses a lot of Bubblers...
Every time you schedule a workflow, Bubble generates an ID for it. You should always save this ID so you can look it up later in your Scheduler (Logs / Scheduler) and/or potentially cancel it in a separate workflow at some point.
The confusing part?
Saving this ID is a lot easier said than done.
This lesson will clear things up for you. Watch to learn how to save API Workflow IDs in Bubble.
