Ishawna’s attention grabbing, tongue wagging “equal rights” was last weekend shoved aside in the dancehall chatter sphere.
This as fellow Seaview Garden Dancehaller Dexta Daps unleashed a project that broke the internet; it’s an 8-minute film titled, “INTRO”, featuring two songs from Daps’ upcoming album of the same name. One of the songs, titled ‘Bring it to the owner’ is a sexually charged piece featuring stunning scenes of Daps and a girl simulating the theme of the song and that’s the song that set the web on fire and has some men saying it shut down Ishawna’s song.

His musical journey began as an engineer at the iconic Penthouse studio in Kingston, Jamaica before transitioning into a Dancehall artist in 2002 but has been missing in action since 2008.
He turns up now on our stage with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and pursuing his Masters in criminal justice; this after serving in both the US army and air force; but if you think he is through with music you better think again.
Despite the rigors of his educational and military pursuits, he is currently working on his first studio album.
