Change Calculation to Count of Items in Pivot Table. Change from Sum to Count.
In this tutorial, I want to show you how you can change your pivot table to show a count instead of the default sum. To do this, click into the pivot table that you want to edit. Then, click on PivotTable Analyze then field settings. After this, you can adjust the way that the data is calculated in your pivot table by changing the Summarize Values As from a sum to a count.
