Hi guys this is channel f&D in this video I'm going to show you how to fix this site cannot be reached google chrome err_connection_timed_out google chrome fix error | This site Can't be reached | err_connection_timed_out google chrome fix Error in windows.
Text Instructions:
1) First go to start menu & Type "Regedit"
2) Then Open Regedit as administrator
3) Right click "task bar" and click on "task manager" and go to "services" tab. Find "cryptsvc" and right click it and click on "stop"
3) Then navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\SystemCertificates\Root
4) Right click "protectedroots" and click on "permissions"
5) Select you account user name and check "full control" box below
6) Then Click on "Add" and click on "advanced" then click on "Find now"
7) Select "everyone" From the list below and click on OK and click on OK Again
8) Now select "everyone" and check "full control" box below
9) Then click on "apply" and OK
10) Now right click "root" and select delete and click on "yes"
11) Right click "task bar" and click on "task manager" and go to "services" tab. Find "cryptsvc" and right click it and click on "start"
12) Again Right click "task bar" and click on "task manager" and go to "services" tab. Click on "open services" on the bottom.
13) Find "cryptographic services". Then right click it and click on properties.
14) Now click on "stop" and go to "log on" tab
15) select "local system account" and check "allow service to interact with desktop" and click on "apply" and click on OK
