If you encounter this error:
1. When trying to use Blueprint "Go To Definition" OR:
2. When Trying to navigate to source from Widget Reflector.

Your Situation could be:
1. You do not have a 2nd hard drive.
2. You do have a 2nd hard drive but want to stay on SSD;
3. You do not want to build from source/ or you have the binary version.

1. Check your antivirus and add exclusions
2. Increase Shader Compiler priority, permanently
