Valorant Game Test on Intel i3 7100 (HD Graphics 630 iGPU) with 4Gb ram [2021]

Processor: Intel i3 7100
GPU: (integrated) HD 630
Mainboard: Gigabyte H110M
Memory: Crucial 4 Gb DDR4 2400 MHz single stick (single module)
SSD: Ramsta 120 Gb
PSU: Rapter 500W

Internet: Smart Prepaid (modem to router--lan cable)

*open case (generic PC case) setup

**I installed a Zotac GT 730 2Gb GPU but for some weird reasons there were still stutters just like what you saw in this video (e.g. when the character is in front of the barrier during countdown)
