Rules:
Runs must be done in Native version of the game.
Conquer a castle to start your own kingdom. (No cheats is a given.)
Timing starts on the first frame of control and ends after hitting continue after naming your kingdom.

I lost 20 seconds before selling the stolen stuff in Praven
I could have known that I have to start war with swadia since they were already retaking Halmar. In theory I could have taken Halmar as soon as swadia got it at 5m16s wich would have resulted in a 5m30s result. With the timeloss of 20s, 5m10s would have been possible in this run. That was by far the best Szenario I saw in my 96 attempts.
