How to Reset Oracle Password: Oracle 12C SYS User using Password File
if you forgot sys user password in oracle 12c.
check the path where oracle is install using command in command prompt: tnsping orcl
after this move to the file file where orapwd file is store,
delete check the name of existing password file and remember that name,
delete or rename the existing password file.
write the following command for creation of password file.
orapwd file=name-of-file password=password
