Daniel Garcia Trial Day One and Two | Opening Statements, Mother Testifies Against Him!
Daniel Garcia is on trial for injury to a child causing serious bodily harm of his girlfriend's son, Domenic Aguilar-Acevedo in July 2021. This is a first-degree felony with the possibility of probation after serving his sentence if found guilty.
Nickolle Aguilar, the little boy's mother, helped Daniel to bury is body in a ravine in Colorado. She has accepted a plea deal and is testifying against him (she will serve 5-15 years for her role in not reporting his death). She led police to his body on August 25th, 2021. He died from the abuse inflicted on him, allegedly caused by the defendant, Daniel Garcia.
