What I eat for lunch as the plant-based burger joint owner

It's been a while everyone~
I missed you a lot! I was so busy preparing for the soft opening of my new plant-based burger joint, Its Cherry. 🍒🍔🤙🏼

Today I will show you what I ate for lunch.
Usually, I eat one of Its Cherry menu for lunch, but I was craving rice this day so I brought some from home.

What I'm showing right now is not on the menu! Lol But if you bring your own rice, I might able to do it for you. Lol!

Fry It’s cherry’s plant-based chix nuggets. Drizzle some of Its Cherry's soy garlic bbq sauce on top of the rice then top with bite-sized chix nuggets, and drizzle some of its cherry's handcrafted mayo, which I made.
I need some vegetables so I added rainbow slaw as a side. The slaw is for our chix sando by the way. Sprinkle some furikake on it, and it's done! I brought furikake from home too.

I wanted to give a special thanks to people who’ve dined at It's Cherry and to those people who recommended us to their friends and family! 🙏🏼❤️
It was a really successful first 6 days of soft opening!! Can't wait to serve you more delicious plant based food! 🍔
