The presentation was part of his research work supported by the Hellenic Foundation for Research and Innovation (HFRI) under the 3rd Call for HFRI PhD Fellowships (Fellowship Number: 6289). A new era of geopolitical competition is marked by advanced technological development. Great Powers adopted complex strategies to shift the balance of power. AI, as a cornerstone of the strategy for the new century, reflected both the strategic vision and the societal design of China, Russia, the EU, and the United States. What new forms of risks spurring AI adoption and how Great Powers' competition may look, remained to be seen. This work attempted to provide some insights related to a new cyber-geopolitical landscape.
