My go to team for the Hard Doom Tower.
It works on 70-80% of all stages in 12-17 Turns (12 Turns when Kymar procs refresh on reset).

It contains Seer, 2 (De) Buffer and two reset champions. The auto-AI helps to set the resets right.

First Round
Kymar A1, Lydia Def Down/Weaken & Buffs, Mausoleum Buffs, Seer nuke
Second Round
Kymar reset, Lydia Def Down/Weaken & Buffs, Mausoleum Buffs, Seer nuke
Third Round
Kymar Sleeps, Lydia, Mausoleum and Seer using any skill, Renegade resets
Kymar Sleeps, Lydia Def Down/Weaken & Buffs, Mausoleum Buffs, Seer nuke

Mausleum could be changed for another 3 Buff Buffer (Like Brogni)
Lydia is the best partner for Seer, because she brings Def Down/ Weaken and 2 Buffs.
Renegade could be changed for a second Kymar which will be the optimal Deck then.
At least one has to wear a shield set

It does not work on all Stages. Warchiefs are your biggest enemies - Seer will kill herself over them. Revievers or Rotos will throw you of sync and you need more Rounds.
Sometimes (3%Rule) a Def Down or weaken is not placed and Seer will not finish the whole Wave in one turn. Normaly I take the game of auto and manual the fight or just restart the round.
