Rebirth High Braver Perfect Timing Testing Combat Training: Zack Also Meteorain Final Fantasy VII
So High Braver is better than Tifa's perfect timing thing (Trinity Strike) just as far as general usability but also you're only using it in very specific contexts; I dunno how good it would be in the inevitable Zack is in your party at all times mod on the PC version; probably still decent. Zack does sort of have Cloud's dodge cancel it's not quite as Cloud's though (more similar to Cloud's parry stuff in Remake), he does not have a deadly dodge.
