𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐨𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞:    • Optimum 9400 Second Generation

Ingredients:
500g Biscoff biscuits
230 g Biscoff spread, melted
150 g light Philadelphia cream cheese
1 x large block caramilk (315g) melted.
Extra Biscoff biscuits to top

1. Blend your Biscoff biscuits
2. In a large bowl combine the crushed Biscoff biscuits, cream cheese and melted Biscoff (can be crunchy or smooth). Mix well until you get a crumbly texture & all the cream cheese is mixed through.
3. Into a lined baking dish, press the biscuit layer down with the back of a spoon evenly.
4. Pour over the melted caramilk. Top with extra Biscoff biscuits and crushed Biscoff biscuits. Let it set for at least an hour before cutting.
5. I cut mine into 32 serves.
