The reason why Cartoon Cat didn’t win is because SCP-173 is indestructible, therefore he cannot die. And the reason why SCP-173 didn’t kill Cartoon Cat with a super speed snap to the neck was because Cartoon Cat is an entity that is almost invincible as well ( He can grow his head back like a cartoon character). At the end of the animation Cartoon Cat doesn’t fight SCP-173 because he has respect for him and he leaves. Which means that this VS match is a tie. There is no winner.
