It's the same setting wrong label. I didn't catch it until it was too late.*

Epic, High, Medium and Low presets were used with FSR Balanced. The last section is the Epic setting with FSR Quality with no overlay.
The best setting visually is the Epic preset and if you don't need a constant 60 FPS, this is the setting I would use. The last part of the video is gameplay using said preset along with trying to complete the intro mission.

The game is still a little rough in places and I do believe they need to optimise the performance aspect. The high preset IMO looks awful and it shouldn't be. The lower you go the less foliage you will see as well as quality. FPS will be gained in conjunction with the lower settings used.
