The Breakfast in Bed is made with a double measure of Carpano Antica Formula sweet vermouth is accompanied by a dash of minty Branca Menta in this low-alcoholic sipper. Bright, bittersweet with a dob of orange marmalade.

INGREDIENTS
- 60mL Sweet Vermouth
- 5mL Branca Menta
- 22.5mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
- Teaspoon of Orange Marmalade

HOW TO
1. Add all the ingredients to your cocktail shaker
2. Crush ice using an ice mallet and lewis bag
3. Shake & strain over crushed iced into an old fashioned glass
4. Garnish with a mint sprig
