This fight is from the upcoming update which replaces stress with Rage and Adrenaline, I made a video on those 2 today so feel free to check that out if you dont know what Rage and Adrenaline are!

Revengeance is an upgraded Expert mode that changes every boss AI, makes enemies drop 5times the amount of money and makes the game itself really hard. Deathmode is the upgrade to revengeance which makes every boss INSANE and makes you take 40% more damage plus it boosts spawnrates by about 40% so yea, this playthrough will be really hard.
